Investigation of the microstructure of coated steel with the help of Synchrotron Diffraction and scanning electron microscopy

The applied material analytic of ANAXAM using Synchrotron Diffraction in combination with scanning electron microscopy was used to investigate the micro- and nanostructures of the steel and its coating. The information obtained helped Springfix to optimize its product and to develop a quality control process for the coated steel for lighting applications.
