High-throughput synchrotron diffraction measurements with the complete infrastructure setup successfully performed at the European Synchrotron Radiation Facility (ESRF)

The goal was to install the complete sample exchanger infrastructure sample changer infrastructure at the ESRF's diffraction beamline ID31 for the first time. Due to the beam line differences between MS (PSI) and ID31 (ESRF), some adjustments had to be made to our hardware. 

The preparations over the last few months paid off. The infrastructure could be set up and integrated at ID31 without any complications. The additional time was then used to measure further reference and customer samples.

Following the successful implementation, the way is now free for the execution of customer orders with high volumes at the ESRF, during the SLS 2.0 upgrade phase at the PSI.
